Here are some ideas for Day 4 –
40 Days Of Lent Challenge 2016 – Day 4 

• Pray for guidance as you begin to make healthier choices
• Pray for the knowledge to start a healthier lifestyle
• Pray for God’s will to be carried out
• Pray before and after each and every meal you eat – being thankful that you have food to eat

We MUST be intentional when it comes to making healthy choices.  

If we DO NOT PLAN, then we PLAN TO FAIL!  

It truly is THAT simple.

Ways to BLESS Others today –

• Slow down, be present in the moment with whomever you are with
• Write a love note to your significant other
• Write a letter to your child expressing how much you admire them
• Write a note to your parent or grandparent and tell them how much you look forward to visiting with them or hearing their stories
• Go for a walk – INVITE a friend or neighbor
• Fast from technology – set limits – if this is difficult – start small
• Place random – encouraging post-it notes where others will find them
• READ YOUR BIBLE to your children, spouse or enjoy time in the Word alone
• Write a list of things daily that you are thankful for
