The COLORS of our life are ofter reflections of many things within us. 

I have been on a journey of self reflection and coloring recently.

Real Estate is keeping me quite busy.  It is a hopping and exciting career choice.

2 main points I have learned about Real Estate –

1.  You MUST be flexible & willing to work with who is willing to do the **BEST JOB FOR YOU!**
2. Real Estate will ALWAYS be a safe investment IF you are in this for the long haul

I have been quite surprised to talk to some people in the market about what I am looking for only to met with a little bit of questioning…..

Our partners have “found” -if you will- a new concept that REALLY works in Real Estate.  And many people who are in the business just want to question it and pull out the negatives. 

Short Sales were once a new thing too, and while our New Concept is wayyyy better and much more easily navigated – too many question and then, doubt cause too much denial and too many missed opportunities!

Please do not misunderstand what I am saying, many of the questions are warranted as I know that they are responsible for knowing the law and understanding what can and can’t be done.  I get it – it sounds too good to be true!  It is not, I assure you!  These deals are going on all over the country right now and show no signs of slowing down!

My color today is WHITE – for the 13 inches of snow that fell here on Sunday and for the purity of the Real Estate deals that are changing the history of my families life!
